Mum is 89 and is badly affected by macular degeneration. Readin is only
possible with a self-immuminated magnifier or "mouse" reader feeding a TV
screen.
Recently she's experienced unwanted 'phone calls, and would like to screen
incoming calls.
Is there a caller display phone or separate display that she could read?
Probably it needs text 25mm high, white on black display, and very high
contrast.
Recommendations and experiences welcomed ...

(My own mother has similar problems bit not, it seems as bad. She can
mange with a smaller display but did need good amplification so has a
different model from the same manufacturer. Seems to work fine for her.)
I did see some mention of a talking caller "display" device but could
not find it!

The BT Caller Display 2000 is a big one (the LCD is 17cm x 6cm)

I also think that Cobolt systems do a phone with caller ID. I don't own
one myself but I use many of this companies products and they are fine
and affordable.
