Higher Education gets a bigger discount. Not sure if it's the same
rate across the board, but when I was looking at iBooks last year the
HE discount was quite a big whack less than the E.

They can be different, ie the higher education store (by phone or on
university grounds) can be much cheaper than the online education store.

About 8% for Education, about 14% for H.E., but it depends on the
specific product.

The new 2.0GHz/20" iMac is 1043.40 from the Higher Education store
compared with 1126.83 from the Education store and 1199.01 normally.
So discounts of 13% and 6%.
