WTD: "Print Artist" software

For a local school, ideally "Print Artist v4" but any will do, even a cdr
copy would do. Quite an old program now so I'd preferrably like it for free
:) Anyone like to help?

maybe switch to free prog that our school use - PhotoFiltre.

Apparently the teachers are in love with this "Print Artist" because it has
loads of certificate templates and clipart and they've had it since God's
dog was a pup etc...
