This is really great, it would be good to have a place to document
these risks and the steps we have made to mitigate them, perhaps using
a shared google spreadsheet or similar, considering these guidelines:

Or is something like this already in progress? I see that it was
mentioned in the meeting this time last month:

I've changed the subject because I mentioned the risk assessment a
couple of times without a direct response, and am wondering if it is
something important that has been missed.
