Introduce Yourself

Hi Everyone

I haven't had chance to introduce myself yet, although some members do
know me/of me from other forums.

I'm Dawn and I run Your Office Online which is based in Cornwall. I
have been running since November 2006 but only full time on the
business since June 2007. I have a number of clients at present and
offer different services to all of them, from call minding/diary
management through to full PA type services and my clients are from
varying sectors including coaching, medical and not for profit
organisations. I also do transcription work for a journalist.

I am in the process of fine tuning my branding and having a little bit
of an update and would be interested to speak with any one who does
web sites or who would recommend their web site creator.

With regards to the call answering services, have you looked in to
Officer Helper http://www.office-helper.co.uk/index.html (were at the
VA Conference), Kendal Bell http://www.kendlebell.com/trial.html or

(one of my clients also uses these people)? Although I do call minding
for 2 clients I won’t be taking on any more as I feel it ties me down
to the desk too much and does interrupt thought flow at times.

I will be looking for associates myself in the near future and would
be looking for bookkeeping skills in particular (although not needed
immediately).

I look forward to ‘meeting’ everyone and making their acquaintance
over the coming months.
