It's Not Too Late
In fact tomorrow is the only day that matters. Just in case you
haven't made up your mind how to vote, here are some tips from
Reinvestigate 911.
This election is wide open, it is won in constituencies not
nationally. If you called a few friends and they called a few friends
you could make a direct personal difference.
There are always a few dozen constituencies where the winner has a
margin of less than a thousand votes, many with less than 100.
If on the other hand you support a smaller party like the Greens you
are laying the foundation for a future PR based election. Actually
there are three seats the Greens have a good chance in even now (see below).
If you support an independent over the 911 truth issue and they get
more than a few hundred votes it will be a strong signal to the
political class that they have to address our campaign.
In general, we have received more interest so far in the House of
Commons from the Libdems than the other parties. Greens have passed a
motion to support us, but some factions are nonetheless bitterly
opposed to us. Here are our tips.
1. Blaenau Gwent. Independent MP (ex Labour) Dai Davies is a vocal
supporter of Reinvestigate 9/11. If you live anywhere near and have a
car, offer to help get people to the polls.
2. Brighton Pavillion. Green leader Caroline Lucas has expressly
supported the call for a new investigation into 9/11. This is the
Greens number one target seat. Please do whatever you can to help.
3. Norwich. This is another Green target seat. Please help here too.
4. Walthamstow. Barrister and human rights activist Paul Warburton is
standing as an independent on a 9/11 truth platform. He has been
working hard. If he gets more than a few hundred votes this will be
unprecedented for a genuinely independent candidate. Please help him.
5. Lewisham. Regrettably Green Party candidate Darren Johnston here
did all he could to oppose the Green Party adopting the call for a
new investigation into 9/11, we cannot support him in this target seat.
6. Lewes. Libdem Norman Baker has not publicly called for a new
investigation into 9/11 but he has his hands full with the Kelly
campaign. We call for support for this brave anti-establishment MP
who is a member of the Libdem shadow cabinet.
7. Hove. Labour MP Celia Barlow is not openly supporting our call for
a new investigation but as a conscientious MP she took a risk for us,
earning the ire of the pro-war lobby by booking a room for our first
House of Commons meeting.
8. Hackney. Diane Abbott is a strongly anti-war and genuinely
rebellious Labour MP who has offered tacit support to our campaign.
She faces an "Independent" challenger, Susanne Moore, who as a Daily
Mail columnist is probably a lot less independent than Diane.
9. Southend West. David Amess is a libertarian Tory who has responded
positively to constituents' letters and has at least an open mind on
the need for a new 9/11 investigation.
10. Hertsmere. Green candidate Arjuna Krishna-Das has gone out of his
way to support us. Safe for the Tories, this is a seat where a vote
for any major party is wasted.
Other Independents.
Please note these candidates have contacted us to say they are
calling for a new investigation into 9/11, but they may have
controversial views on other issues too. We cannot therefore
officially endorse them but we urge you to at least consider voting
for them in acknowledgement of their willingness to address the big issues.
Derek Jackson a musician/comedian who is standing against Gordon
Brown in his Fife constituency as The Landless Peasants Party.
Stephen Hopwood is campaigning around 9/11, monetary reform and other
key background issues in Totnes.
David Pidcock is standing on an avowedly monetary reform and Muslim
ticket in Sheffield Central.
Lastly...
After tomorrow is when the real fight in Westminster may begin, with
intense pressure expected from the media and currency speculators
("investors": BBC) to install a Conservative government. Once they
get into No 10 and take over the levers of power of our elective
dictatorship anything can happen. We all remember how George
Bush consolidated his hold on the White House on September 11 2001.
If the Libdems resist the bullying they will face, we can hopefully
prepare for a more important election under PR.
Amidst the excitement, please remember to let us know of any useful
info: particularly candidates who have spoken out on 9/11 or
expressly linked the wars to doubts about 9/11. It is extremely
valuable that we can establish that 9/11 aware candidates gained or
at least did not lose votes as a result of their views.
