Image Synth color swatch crashes

Hi Eric,

Has the known crash within the Image Synth color swatch when working
with Lion been fixed yet? I asked about it in September and you had
mentioned that it was being addressed in a coming update. Is there an
estimate on when that might be available? It's made Metasynth nearly
impossible to use for my needs.
