What Can Hadoop Do for You?
A Lesson in Using Hadoop for Text Mining.
It’s easy to be overwhelmed by the idea of 80% of the world’s data being unstructured.
It evokes questions like; Where do we start? What’s the best way to tackle all of this data?
And “Big Data? What’s that? I just want to know what to do with all this info.”
There are so many questions to ask and some of them are questions about what to ask. We know the answer is 42, but why?
On February 20th, Seba Jean-Baptiste will be presenting at OC Tanner at 6:30 in the evening. Seba has worked with Hadoop and Map Reduce for several years. He has current and past projects that range in size and complexity. Seba has an in depth understanding of the deployment of Big Data Solutions from Conception (and before) through release (and beyond).
