I am operating on the premise that there is one big group.every one should read the  Scenario  of the project and pick a feature to build.  Since multiple kits have been distributed.  Each feature can be developed on separate kit and later combined in to one program. Please reply here, indicating what feature your working on.

you have a kit. so it wouldn't be wise to work on the same item. you should pick another feature, like displaying the rate of vibration.

I added a links to the libraries of analysis functions in Resources. you should explore using a combination of the "Spectrum" and "PowerFrequencyEstimate" functions to compute frequency. HINT: this combination can also do other features on the list. 

I also suggest the last kit be used to inclement the file saving feature.

I did this to simply the project and speed things up.
