If you are interested in contributing to Volume 3 and getting your name or the name of your company in the manual we are looking for good example water quality or BMP photos to include throughout Volume 3. If you have some photos to share please send them to me with a photo caption. Any additional information that you have on the project may also be helpful. If your photo is used in Volume 3 or elsewhere (see below) we will be providing you with credit for the photo. For this reason please only send photos that were taken by you or your company. Please feel free to forward this email to someone that may have a good example to share.
Please also indicate if we may use the photo for other purposes such as the CASFM LID photo database or for other presentations by UDFCD.
Thanks!

Holly, we are currently working on installation of a permeable interlocking concrete pavers parking lot, and I will have photos of the progression of installation. They should be finishing up at the end of the month. Would you be interested in photos and/or would that be too late to submit photos?
On a related note, in the permeable pavers sections of Volume 3, you might consider changing the “lateral flow barrier” geomembrane specification to 50mil (minimum), as we have noticed that the 20 mil gets beat up during installation and compaction of the various base and subbase rock materials.

Thanks Carolyn. Yes – I will still be interested in the pictures.
Thank you for the comments on the geomembrane as well. We are changing the liner recommendations (to 30 mil min.)and should probably also change the lateral flow barrier.
