Meeting Thursday Night, 8PM HSSB 1174, MTB Race Weekend

This is a really important meeting.

Our MTB race is this weekend. It is absolutely imperative you come to the weekend to help out. This is not only our home MTB race but is conference championships. We will need people from Friday to Sunday afternoon. Ideally, it would be great if you could be there all three days. Everybody camps overnight. Not just our team but the whole conference. This is also the location of our training camp, for reference.

Saying that, I need you to email Chris, Nathan and me that:
A. You are coming
B. If you are coming for all three days, two days or one day and if you will be camping
C. If you have a car, how many people it can hold and how many bikes it can hold.
D. If you have camping gear. If so, what does it entail.
E. What time you can leave on Friday
F. If you are bringing your bike, how many?
G. If you are racing, which races?

We will have our trailer for this weekend but we still need this information. For the road team, we will coordinate ride times for Saurday and Sunday in the valley.

As a team member it is extremely important you come and help out at these races. The team needs more than just officers to function. This is how the rest of our Collegiate Conference will view us remember-how well this race runs reflects directly on us.

Everybody on our team, assuming you are a dues paying member can race and it will be free. You have to be a full time student and you have to be registered as a team member-there will be a list at registration.

-A wheel deal.
-Rides so far and road race season!

So, I've received very few replies so far. We absolutely need people to respond so we can actually get everybody to the race. Please email us asap, as in tonight, if possible. Pretty much if you show up to the the t-dome and we are leaving and you never emailed us, well, you might have to ride to the race if you cant find a car.
