Need help installing MIME::Lite

Hi, I'm trying to install a form-mailer script
(http://soupermail.sourceforge.net/install.txt) but it requires a
script called MIME::Lite. While it is not surprising considering I
have zero unix experience, I'm having trouble installing MIME::Lite.

I was wondering if someone could install a copy for the server (found
at http://www.cpan.org/modules/by-module/MIME/) or assist me in
installing it for myself
(http://www.cpan.org/modules/by-module/MIME/MIME-Lite-HTML-1.8.readme).
