In the specs provided, I believe the value of the critical breakdown
field has been taken to be 3e5 Vcm-1 although in the project
description it has be mentioned to be 2e5 Vcm-1 because my values are
matching for all the parameters except this one except for this ( if I
take the value as 2e5). Please confirm.
