Hey Jeff,
Good qeustion - I think 2-4 minutes seems pretty good. Your last one was closer to 7-8 minutes and I felt compelled to insert a diversion in the middle of it (hope you didn't mind!).

I think it's the right length. It's released under a CC
Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs license, so you'd be able to
include it anyway.
If you need to shorten it, feel free to slice the bumper music, but if
you're going to do substantial editing within the story please let me
know, as I'll need to get the author's permission. (My standard
Escape Pod contract is heavily slanted in the writers' favor, and
highly restrictive of what I can do with their work.)
Hey, are Derek and Swoopy (from Skepticality) on this list? Swoopy's
latest Whimsicality might work, with some editing down; it was about
her relationship with her Volkswagen Jetta, and it fits the theme.
>8-> She also had a funny/sad aside about her Tomagotchi.
Stepen- I don't think Derek and Swoopy are on this list, but please feel free to forward this to them- the Tomagotchi sounds particularly topical :)

Microcasting Mavens,
We recieved 3 excellent ucasts submitted for this incarnation of MAP. I have settled on a general program structure for this episode (with a nifty twist- heehee) and will be rendering MAP#004 this week. Anyone else wanted to submit last minute- Hittman, Tinkoff, Mur...?
