Is it possible to change the default language?

Hi,All

it's a great tool, I like it very much,
I have a question that, if I select a sentence and want to
translate it,
but it seemed that it can only translate it to english by default,
if I want to
translate it to another language, I have to type "tr some-sentence to
my-favorite-language",
is there some way to change the default language for translation?
