Trouble creating skins

I have been trying to create a skin but there is one problem I just
can't seem to get past.
When using rounded corners, the panel still uses a square drop-shadow.
It seems that the -moz-box-shadow and -moz-border-radius cannot be
applied to a panel
element. Does anyone know of a workaround?

Do you by any chance happen to be running Linux? I have a funny feeling
GTK doesn't like stylised popups.

No, Windows XP - FF3.
The panel doesn't seem to like styles of any kind.
I'm thinking that

Which version of Ubiquity are you using? Support for transparency was only added 0.1.1

I'm sure that -moz-border-radius works on Windows. For example, this skin is using it: http://yatriksolanki.com/ubqt/Skin04.png

I'm not sure I'm actually making the skin right.
I just started rewriting the browser.css file to get the effects.
But the only effect type CSS style that works on the msgPanel class is
opacity.
