I have been trying to create a skin but there is one problem I just
can't seem to get past.
When using rounded corners, the panel still uses a square drop-shadow.
It seems that the -moz-box-shadow and -moz-border-radius cannot be
applied to a panel
element. Does anyone know of a workaround?

0.1.1
I'm not sure I'm actually making the skin right.
I just started rewriting the browser.css file to get the effects.
But the only effect type CSS style that works on the msgPanel class is
opacity.
