Subject: I have unbroken the build, finally

Hey everybody, sorry for the failing unit tests, and even sorrier for what
happened if you actually tried to use the tip build of Ubiquity since
yesterday afternoon.
Yesterday Aza asked me to make a small change with what gets passed in to
the preview() function so that email previews would display correctly.  It
seemed like a small change, at least!  Since then I have basically rewritten
the entire parser as well as changed the command developer API (as I already
documented).  Phew!  It was a bad case of cascading dependencies.  Anyway,
the parser is now a lot less klugy about the way it does a lot of things,
and should be a stronger basis for adding new features without breaking
things.
Stuff should be working again now, but please do let me know if you notice
any unpleasant changes in parser behavior.
Aza, you should be able to get the screencaps you need now.
