Two Modern Watercolour Paintings - on reverse sides
These are two modern watercolours painted on reverse sides of the same piece
of card.
Two quality watercolours for the price of one.
The painting of the river scene is believed to have been based upon the
river Stour in Christchurch, Dorset. It is dated 1994 (marked EC 1994) and
signed by the artist (a local known artist in the Dorset area - AWS)
It is a period item in that it depicts a victorian scene of punting on the
river.
The painting of the lady is an older painting. It is by the same artist but
unsigned or dated. From the information provided to me it is believed to be
circa 1980.
This too is a period piece of a Victorian lady.
This is an unframed item.
It is in very good condition and has at sometime been framed.
The actual size of the picture/card is 11.5" x 9
