I'm working on a set of changes to support tagging and filtering in EC2.
Once that's complete and I've looked over the issues (and solved what I
can), I'll generate another release. I have some newer simpleDB features
already checked in.
Post release, I'd like to get the code moved to github.com. Toward that end,

Hi all,

I'm doing my graduation Masters project on Graph Mining.
So the plan is to deploy the project on Amazon's EC2 and I'm coding in
Java.
I have already set up the account with Amazon and half way through in
my project.

Hi,
I want to describe the images owned by me. How is this possible? I
couldn't see how.
The API allows to set the owner, but my Jec2() instance already is
made from my keys,
so how can I get only my private AMI's?

I have been trying to monitor the amazon instance remotely. But since
that remote machine has architecture defined by an instance it might
not have java on it. If it doesn't have java on it we can't install
it.Is it possible to still establish remote desktop application. if

Bug in com.xerox.amazonaws.sdb.Domain cache handling

In com.xerox.amazonaws.sdb.Domain , replaceAttributes method (line
285), the cache is updated in a wrong way. Only the attributes from
the old map, that are not present in the new attributes map, should be
copied over, so instead of:

attrs.putAll(old.getAttributes ());

It should be:

// merge cached attrs; only putting if absent

Launching Spot Instances - Fail

Has anyone managed to launch a spot instance. I can only seem to get
this to work if I don't specify a date/Calendar object. I have
reported this at [link].
I have spent about a day looking at this and the code and can't really
see an issue but I would guess it is in the way that the date is sent.
