Quick question: Is it the intended use case that Request objects will
always be handed to a Hydra for processing? It doesn't seem there's a
way to create a Request object and then fire it in the absence of a
Hydra; presumably that's on purpose.

I know I'm a little ahead here and these classes aren't necessarily
complete, but this is relevant to my attempts to update the OAuth Ruby
gem to play nicely with Typhoeus.
