Bike tour with excellent community member, need food for Sunday

Neither Dr. Speck nor I will be available to start a meal, who will step up? 

With reasonable reliability, Roland will arrive with supplies like fresh fruit, there's plenty of bacon and eggs, and volunteers like Jon or Chris K/L will help prepare small dishes and reduce labor. 

Someone needs to arrive early and head off the effort, however, taking responsibility for cold drinks, clean dishes, and supplies for a shining entree.

Righteous.  I don't have a key or anything but I wouldn't mind showing up and helping set things up :-)   Maybe someone with a key can meet me there?  What time?
