Are you planning on going with Cat5e or Cat6? I know someone who runs a
large online cable/parts shop, might be able to get a good deal.

I'm looking at monoprice.com. They have the best price I found and it's the
right kind of cable, plus it's in lots of colors which is important to me.
Remember the CF that was the patching and routing at the old building...
colored wiring will go a long way toward reducing confusion.
I have a crimper for RJ45 and I'm going to get one of the nice spring-loaded
punchdown tools for doing patchbays and jacks. I've done them before with
screwdrivers and it works but it's not worth doing that way. Get the right
tool for the job. I've also got generous amounts of Velcro One-Wrap and will
get more if it's needed. This *will* be done well.

As for wiring if you need any help ending wire or such I can help although
I do not have any tools in Texas for ending Cat5. Where are you planning
to order the cable?
