All,

An art discussion group connected to El Rincon wants to have a short
meeting at the space on Saturday October 20 at 5:30 PM. They have a
monthly meeting at different places around Houston so this will not be
a recurring thing.

Right now they would like to use the conference room but depending on
how many of them attend they might meet in one of the classrooms, in
the yard or on the landing near the supercomputer. It will be for
about an hour before an art show at El Rincon.

All of the classes scheduled that day should be done by 5:30. If this
conflicts with anyone's plans, please respond to the list. Otherwise I
will confirm that they can use the space.
