Obama was in office less than a month before his administration levied a
$1/pack federal tax on cigarettes, admittedly not part of the ACA. But as
for the ACA itself, the law contains 21 separate, new, taxes. Some of these
taxes have already kicked in, such as the 10% tax on tanning salons. If you
want to see a disaster, just wait until the capital gains tax increase -
from 15% to 23% - takes effect.

What Romney did in Massachusetts is not at issue; what IS at issue is the
current ACA.
