API access to twitter unstable at the moment?

Hi all,

various twhirl users report that they cannot access Twitter through the client at the moment, also telling me other clients cannot connect, too.

It works for me and most users.

Anyone else noticing problems?

Sporadic access.  Handfuls of failures over past 30-60 minutes.

I had a SnapTweet post fail (setting someone's status) at 10am central.

thanks for letting us know.

Some more hints: looks like only some users are affected, but they run into problems more than once. twhirl tries to verify credentials on startup, and this fails for them (sorry, no more details info available why). For some, problem was gone after a while, others still have it.

I myself haven't seen any error today.

Alex, et al,

Turns out the ones on my end were an auth error where someone had
changed their password. So, no failure.
