I guess it would be nice to know the Twitter team's plans for this
sort of thing. Sooner than later, all users (whether they are on 3rd party clients or Twitter apps) are going to want secure transmissions. I guess if passwords aren't being sent it's not as big of a deal though - which brings me back to my other question about session cookie management.
