TTYtter 0.8.0

Version 0.8.0 of TTYtter, the Perl 5 command-line Twitter client, has been
released. Although originally intended as a maintenance release, there are
several new features in this release:

- Robust scripting support, including synchronizing background updates, for
one-off shell scripts and similar applications.
- API expansion to help automate common tasks.
- Primitive history editing.
- Minor bug fixes.

TTYtter only requires Perl 5 and Lynx or curl -- no additional modules
required, nor LWP or Net::Twitter. Certain custom features may require
additional module support; see documentation.
