Twitter4J 2.1.0-SNAPSHOT now supports list methods / cursor-based pagination with statuses/friends and statuses/followers

Hi all,

I have just published the latest SNAPSHOT build which supports list methods and cursor-based paginations.

Lots of refactorings have been made from version 2.0.10, and I scribbled some migration tips. Hope it helps.
