Having issues with twitter signin

Getting this error "500:Something is broken. Please post to the group
(http://dev.twitter.com/pages/support) so the Twitter team can
investigate."

<p>Thanks for noticing—we're going to fix it up and have things back
to normal soon.</p>

What action should I take here?

Sounds like an uncaught error. I'd contact a...@twitter.com with details of your request and the time it occurred.

I have the same problems. The request I made (keys and such deleted):
