Updating profile image results in 200OK but does not update image

We are seeing this issue again. When we make a profile image update
the call returns 200OK but the image on Twitter is not actually
updated.

Please advise, we have a number of users complaining about this issue.

We're seeing the problem as well. The response XML looks good, but
lists the current profile image rather than the new one that was
uploaded, and no change happens on the account.
