Request for change in search stop letters

Currently Twitter ignores certain characters and words in searches (track command).  I think it would be really valuable if you did not ignore "@".  This would make it possible for people to do:

track @name

and not get all matches for "name".

I see a lot of requests for the ability to get IM/SMS notification of @replies. The track command can do it. But while that works well for "nazgul", it's not so great if your name is "pete".
