Saved Searches API call?

@Al3x had a tweet a few days ago saying that pulling a user's saved searches would be available via the API.  I've looked around for the API documentation on these calls, but couldn't find anything about it.  So, is this currently supported within the API?  If so, what is the call?  If not, any ETA on implementation?

This is not a huge priority but is something we would like to get to sooner rather than later. Can you create a new issue [1] for us to track this enhancement?
