Dear Alex Payne ,

I'm a developer from Japan.
We developed 'Twitwi Twitter' http://twitwi.tw/ .
(Twitwi Twitter is a mobile application for Japanese. It uses Twitter
API, OAuth, OpenId and GIS.)

We have some problems from April 4th, 2008.
1. We can't access to http://twitter.com/oauth .
2. OAuth authentication doesn't work.

So our application stopped, and our users want to know the reasons.
Does OAuth API currently stopped? We wonder when does it work.

Best regards,
Naofumi HAIDA.

In January Alex wrote that the OAuth implementation is not completed
(see <URI:http://groups.google.com/group/twitter-development-talk/msg/
2450e23f2218f531>) and that while Twitter are working on it, not to
use it until Twitter announce that it is ready for use. For more
recent status see <URI:http://groups.google.com/group/twitter-
