All outstanding API-related tickets from Twitter's internal bug system transferred to twitter-api Google Code project

I've taken all the tickets from our internal Trac filed under an "API
Improvements" milestone and plopped 'em on
http://code.google.com/p/twitter-api/issues/list. See something you
want us to do sooner? Vote it up. Is your pet bug or feature
missing? Add it. From now, all API-related issue tracking will be
done completely in the open.
