TTYtter 0.4 and TTYtter bot API released

TTYtter 0.4 has been released. TTYtter is a Perl 5 text-based Twitter client,
featuring full interactivity and background asynchronous updates. It only
requires curl or Lynx, and no additional Perl modules.

This version finally fixes UTF-8/Unicode support for most users (with a
-seven option for backwards compatibility) and has a work-around for
out-of-order tweets getting stuck in the queue.

In addition, 0.4 now has preliminary support for its own API. Not only
does this allow customizable extensions for TTYtter, but it can even be
used to construct automatic Twitter bots using -daemon. Several examples
