Fix: the profile_background_image_url and profile_background_tile
attributes weren't always present in extended User objects (ex: from
/users/show)

Fix: passing a callback parameter will no longer result in a 200
response code, as it was breaking some applications. Please use
suppress_response_codes=true if you need this behavior.

Fix: whitelisting approval emails now contain the IP addresses we
approved, not just the usernames.

Please also note this pending change to the response body of
/friendships/exists, shipping January 2, 2009:
