The weather is looking pretty good all around for the weekend despite the possibility of a shower in Pullman on Saturday. I’m thinking either Winchester which I’ve missed doing in April for the first time in several years. Or, I’d be interested in a Wawawai Canyon to Pullman ride.

Also the board discussed the possibility of having a series of regular Saturday morning “breakfast” rides. The idea being to meet at 8, ride to the next town and have breakfast. That’s not practical here in the valley. It’s gong to be lunch by the time you get anywhere. Still the idea is good. 8 is the latest I want to start any ride in the summer and I can see extending the ride for myself and others. So, anyone interested in doing a loop at 8 and returning for something to eat here in town?

Sunday we have the Ride from Riddles which is advertised as 58 miles—ride out 27 miles toward Buffalo Eddy and return. I suspect most of us will get a bit more mileage than that.

So, help me out. Who wants to ride Saturday?

--thanks, Corrie

I love the idea!  It’s pretty much the Sage bakery idea… but we can expand now.  Linda

Corrie,

Winchester or Wawawai sounds good to me.  I still don't know for sure if I'll be getting back from Spokane in time.  If Clare decides to spend the weekend in Spokane I may be able to drive back Friday night.  If we have graduation activities that run too late on Friday night I may have to stay over and drvie back Saturday. In that case I could ride on Sunday with the group.  I need to press for some more details from my wife...

Right now I'm a maybe for Saturday.

Jim

Either wawawai or winchester is OK for me. What start time are you thinking?
