Twin Cities 3-Speed Adventure Society

TC3-SAS rides typically promise a leisurely pace and companionable riders. The focus of our ride is the experience of Place and enjoyment of cycling rather than setting "personal best" times or competing for the "most expensive kit" award. Despite our dedication to planetary gearing, TC3-SAS celebrates diversity of drivetrains, and welcomes riders of any bike suitable to English Roadster pace. We don't care about other things like race, creed, gender, age, sexual preference, degree of bike-culture coolness, either.

Sometimes we do longer, more challenging rides (40 miles or more). Other times, we do short rides. We will always announce the distances we will ride (that can always increase if we get lost, of course), but regardless of the distances, our rides are "no drop" rides - an experienced and self-sufficient 3-speed adventurer will be on hand for each ride, so the risk is low and the potential for fun is high.
