Sanctuary will be missed only because it was one of the last vestiges of 'hard' sci-fi on SyFy.  It certainly won't be missed because of Amanda Tapping's horrible accent and/or dye job, the impenetrable mythology, and the 'look what we can do with digital video & green-screen!' production values.

Dog...meh.

I don't know where you'd place Eureka on the sci-fi continuum, but since it's leaving soon, that's kind of moot.  Aside from Alphas, I'm not sure what else on the SyFy schedule would come close to hard.
