SemiNoTV: Co-Founder of Second City Dies at 90

Bernie Sahlins was the main man behind the organization that has done more to influence North American comedy of the last 50 years than any other--the names and TV series, films, plays, etc. that the Second City influenced is much too long to list here (and his relationship to TV was as a credited co-creator of "SCTV," which was born out of the Toronto branch of Second City and included a few Chicagoans both in front of and behind the camera:
