One of the most legendary pairings in Chicago local news (they first
worked together in 1973 at 10:00 pm), they'll start September 1 in the
6:00 pm CT slot (right after Katie).

It took a couple months to get things hammered out, especially due to
Kurtis's commercial arrangements.
