The city fathers of Oakland, CA don't like the idea of the HBO series
"Gentlemen of Leisure," about a middle-aged pimp trying to go
straight, being filmed in their community, but even if they block the
series from being shot there, creators Allen and Robert Hughes
("Menace II Society") say that the series will still be set in
Oakland, just shot somewhere else:
