Hi!

I'm new to Turpial development... but I took a good look at the Turpial Wiki.

I noted the following:

1. At the moment the homepage of the wiki is http://dev.turpial.org.ve/projects/turpial/wiki/Wiki. I'd rather use http://dev.turpial.org.ve/projects/turpial/wiki/Home as wiki homepage.
2. On http://dev.turpial.org.ve/projects/turpial/wiki/Home the following links don't seem to exist (yet):
3. On http://dev.turpial.org.ve/projects/turpial/wiki/Wiki the links Changelog and Howtos seem not to exist.

What about reorganizing the wiki using Dokuwiki or a similar tool?

I'd also split into a user and development Wiki.

Thanks.

Christopher

Good observartion. We can fix it changing a couple of things on Redmine.
Yeap, those pages need to be written. I made a list of pending tasks almost a month ago, you can check the thread in [1] and of course, you're welcome to help

3. On http://dev.turpial.org.ve/projects/turpial/wiki/Wiki the links Changelog and Howtos seem not to exist.

This page is really out-dated, so I wouldn't trust in any content showed there xD

Let's organize a schedule to make all changes needed. You told me that we should switch to a "real" wiki system, like Dokuwiki or mediawiki. That's ok for me and if that help us to improve documentation then, let's do it. Are you ok with mediawiki? I can install and configure it this weekend so we can start working on migrate all current wiki pages

Thanks.

Christopher

Thank you for being willing to collaborate and sorry for my delay

Best Regards

Hi!

I'm okay with mediawiki although I prefer the syntax of dokuwiki - and I can make Dokuwiki look like Mediawiki. See http://www.dokuwiki.org/template:monobook

I'll definitely help to structure the wiki.

Thanks.

Great!

Then let's work with dokuwiki then (looks like you have plenty experience with it). I'll install it today or tomorrow morning and let you know when is ready for heavy work :)

Cheers
