tg2.1a3: just curious about a link

Hi,

I just would like to know why the link "http://www.turbogears.org/2.1/
downloads/2.1a3/" content a "TurboGears2-2.1a2.tar.gz" file but no
2.1a3 .
The same case with "http://www.turbogears.org/2.1/downloads/
current/" .
When i install tg2.1a3 all works fine => following the doc of tg2.1 I
got tg2.1a3 .
Just curious.
