ini config values in app_cfg

One short general question:

What's the working/recommended way to access the configuration values from the ini in app_cfg?

Set a startup hook inside the app_cfg and perform any change you need during the startup hook. Otherwise the configuration values won't be available as app_cfg is executed before loading the configuration values (as the values have to be loaded inside app_cfg).
