TG2RC1: favicon.ico is broken

Hi,

In a newly started project, the default favicon.ico can't be displayed
because "it contains errors" (FF 3.0.8).

This is most likly because it is not a true icon file. You cannot
just rename a .bmp, .gif, or .jpg to .ico. also, i have in the past
used a fotoshop plug-in to create ico's sometimes, this creats
problems.
