CDATA and <script> not closed in tutorial

In the last page of the tutorial (the AJAX section), a <script> tag containing a CDATA section is added to master.kid and never closed. It would be good to add one more snippet containing the required

Another good catch. It's a wonder that thing ran at all :)

I got rid of the CDATA declaration, because I don't think it's needed
for that blob of JavaScript and then closed the script tag in the same
snippet with the row_display function.

That will be in my next site update...
