Chris P has done a ToscaWidgets form doc, which needs to be reviewed,
and to have a tarball of the resulting sample project attached.

I ported two deployment docs to the TG2 deployment page, but both are
very likely broken as I didn't have time to test either in production.

We also need to setup pages for each of the TG2 components with at
least a reference to the docs that are available online for each of
those projects.

If you think you can help with any of these things, these docs are
available and editable in the wiki, and your help will allow us to
focus on the creation of some of the more detailed docs that still
need to be written.
