did ez_setup svn URL changed?

Hi, there seems to be an issue with the svn external for for ez_setup.

someone on IRC was trying to get a co of turbogears trunk and got
"svn: Connection closed unexpectedly"

I followed it a little and found out that the link seems to be broken,
yet the http version is ok.
